Democracy is so overrated

If season one of Netflix’s Emmy Award-winning hit House of Cards taught viewers anything about Frank Underwood, it’s that he is a cold, calculated man above all else. Kevin Spacey, the perfect villain if there ever was one, plays the role of scheming, power-hungry Frank so well his performance can run chills down your spine. Perhaps the best thing about Spacey’s performance is the well-written dialogue he delivers in that smooth-as-caramel South Carolina drawl.
To celebrate the show’s second season, which binge-watching fans of the show began streaming on Friday, here are 15 of Frank’s best quotes. Don’t worry if you haven’t finished season two yet, there aren’t any spoilers
